Dreamland beach. Bali. Indonesia.
Dreamland beach is a wonderfull place! About 10 minutes from
villa. These is superb beach for surfing,
sunsets and solitude. Beach is increasing in popularity with expatriates moving
away from the busy southern strip, and with visitors too. The beach is white sand and with a
surf breakfamous for long rides, and its remote setting is perfect for quiet escapes.
Dreamland is a not place for
safe swimming! You will feel more sure accompanied by Jimmy.
Jimbaran beach.
The village of Jimbaran lies on the western shore of the narrow isthmus connecting the Bukit
peninsula to the main island. Its beach-lined bay has developed slower than its northern neighbours, Kuta, Legian and
Seminyak. Although there are now several fine hotels and villas here, many of the locals are still fishermen. In the afternoons
you can see their boats heading out to sea from the front of the Jimbaran fish market. Nearby, on the beach,
there are rows of casual cafes serving superb, just-caught fish grilled over coconut husks.
Many of the people of Jimbaran are fishermen who set out every evening in their jukung to fish in the quiet bay.
the fish market takes place on the beach very early in the morning.
 Monkey forest.
Scattered throughout Bali are numerous temple groves and woods which have been set
aside as sanctuaries for monkeys, to thank them for the assistance they gave Rama in the rescue of his bride Sita from
the clutches of King Rawana, in the Ramayana epic. The most extensive of these is at Sangeh, near Mengwi, with another at Alas Kedaton.
Ubud’s Monkey Forest is a half-mile walk south from the main crossroads of town, along Monkey Forest Road, Bali’s most
famous shopping and eating street. It’s a shady grove of ancient trees and winding paths around a death temple and
graveyard which is sanctuary to a fearless troop of long-tailed macaques(above).
Rice terraces photo.
Over the last thousand years, the Balinese have transformed the landscape of their island, terracing hillsides and
digging canals to irrigate the land, enabling them to grow rice. The rice terraces are broad and serene, and in the highlands are some of the
richest farmlands and natural vegetation on the island.
Bali villa photo.
The whisper of moving water is always with you. Close your eyes and listen to bird
song and distant hiss of surf. It is so quite you can even hear gentle splash of hibiscus flower as it falls on the water
beside you. Be pampered in an ambience of serene and sensous tropical beauty. Bali - where everyday is perfect day!
